Welcome to my website, I’m Mike McManus, Ruhl&Ruhls’ #1 real estate professional in the region according to Mary Kay McManus, who is definitely not my mother.
I’m an Iowa native, born and raised in DeWitt, and there is nowhere else I’d rather live, work or grow my business.
I started my real estate career at Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS nine years ago, and I have over 20 years of residential new construction experience under my belt as well. My favorite part about my job is meeting new people and helping them find the home or acreage to help them plant their roots. Whether you want to look at residential homes, agriculture lots, commercial properties, or anything in between, I’m your guy.
When I’m not busy helping my clients, you can find me enjoying the outdoors. I like to pass my time hunting, taking long Harley rides, and traveling with friends and family. My favorite ride so far has been to Sturgis, South Dakota area but my bucket list trip is anywhere beyond the mid-west region of the country.
